This store specifically will have you waiting forever for your drink . I've been here about 15 times drive thru and in-store. I noticed employee's work with zero sense of urgency even with long lines or short lines.
The cashier was nice taking our order but, the girl that was making my 2 drinks she was so untespectfull first she re made my drink 3 times then she did not out the cream on my drink after that I ask to pick it up later and she said "your good" she didnt said no worry I finishing it right now or anything else she just said "your good" that is not an answer for a solucionar. It was a bad experience in base of the customer service and a drink prep.
I go every day for me and my lady’s during never let down on the taste but they do need to work on the service. Some days there way too slow with 3 cars and no one inside you shouldn’t have to wait 15 min for 2 coffee’s
